  • Half board rates include full English breakfast plus dinner.  A comprehensive snack menu is available for lunch, which will be charged as an extra.

  • Full board rates include full English breakfast plus lunch and dinner.

  • Arrival/departure transfers are not included in the rates.  A courtesy boat is provided daily from Chapwani to Stone Town at 10.00 and from Stone Town to Chapwani at 13.30.  Otherwise normal transfer charges will apply.

  • A 24 hour telephone service and email/internet services during certain hours are available at Chapwani Island.  Telephone costs are not included.

  • Beverages, laundry and tips are not included in the rates.

  • Canoe and snorkeling equipment free of charge.

 

  • (*) Stay more pay less - Special offer valid from 15/06 to 30/06 - 01/11 to 19/12 - 01/03 to 31/03.

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, except for Peak Season bookings.

  • A 20% non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of Peak Season bookings and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.

  • A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.

  • A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date of arrival or for “no shows”.

 

 

Annual Closure

Chapwani Private Island is closed annually from 01 April to 15 June inclusive.
